  Method  
  1 Drain the juice from the oranges, reserving 45ml (3tablespoons).  
  2 Place the mustard into a large shallow pan, stir in the reserved juice, oranges, dried onion and seasoning.  
  3 Divide the fish fillets into four portions and place in the pan, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.  
  4 Garnish with parsley and serve with jacket potatoes and broccoli.  
  Microwave Method 650-800W  
  1 Drain the juice from the oranges, reserving 30ml (2tablespoons).  
  2 Place the mustard into a large shallow microwave proof dish, stir in the juice, oranges, onion and seasoning.  
  3 Divide the fish into four portions and place in the dish.  
  4 Cover and cook on HIGH for 6-61⁄2 minutes.  
  5 Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
